It is our mission to build a global network of people united by their passion to make a difference.
Our ground operations team that consists of over 150 people worldwide to staff our bases and keep our projects running. These long term projects allow participants to make real impactful contributions even on short programs.
Our projects operate under the direction of the local community and at their request. We invest the time to ensure the impact and results achieved meet local community requirements.
